What are the non-boost options out there at the present? I have a 0d player and 2 40d that I'd like to get into non-boost leagues.

For this League you would have to re-create those dots or create new dots in Season 24 Days 40-41 only.
The League Draft will be held Season 24 Days 42-46 at 7:00PM EST/17:00 GLB time.
