Great question, i advise you to ask Catch22 that, he's PM blocked me for months now. Our so-called savior picks and chooses who he wants to hear from via PM's when he's supposed to be the communication face of GLB outside of Support.

Start there, get an answer, the rest will be written on the wall why i also pick and choose to block like he does!
