imo there should only be one Elite at each tier...but I have a feeling Legends would have ended up here - despite being 6th in the conference and losing in the first round to Hell's Phoenix 43-55 - because of the way SP value/EL is calculated with only the top half of the roster and our only having 43 players at the time of calculation which puts us at the top. I'd love for that to translate to on-field success, but I think we're all 100% aware that top SP value does not necessarily make a top player or team.

We lost 9 dots, gotta fill those holes. While age-based leagues have given us great competition at the top of the tiers, it really puts a squeeze on filling the roster.

Alpha:
- Grain of salt here ... I have no head to head game experience against these teams ... so its purely on EL/EF/# of Players etc ...
- Top 10-12 squads look pretty good ... will be interesting to see how the short roster teams fill out. If they are unable to do so its going to be a painful season.
- Top 7 teams are pretty much interchangeable IMO ... only thing that really separated their spots on the list were the team's overall EL level.
- After that I started putting more weight into number of players on roster & EF Age levels

- There are several teams in Zeta I am familiar with from last season and the new teams that have merged in with us look really good also.
- Same here with the top 6 teams being interchangeable ... merely ranked by overall team EL
- Went with Big Island over Berlin due to having 5 more players on roster
- Wanted to rank Gen X higher but those early boosts will hurt them in the long run IMO ... still, they have a unique game planning style that can befuddle some teams

Well, I will make one prediction.....the league champs are coming out of Alpha....the conference appears to be a bit tougher.
