I thought about having play-in games for the lowest seads (determined by EL), but I had already posted that the 64 was first come first served, so I am going to honor that..... as much as I would like to have both of you in the tourney.

If you want to talk amongst other teams and swap out I don't have a problem with that, but unless that happens I am afraid I have to put you as alternates for the time being.

Yea, I saw that. This thing filled up fast! I was gonna register way earlier but I didn't know what my effective level was and then completely forgot about it later.

only problem is that teams are not boosted so I have no idea what the EL will be for seeding on day 0.
still trying to decide the best way to proceed so that I can get in done early and out of the way.

Open to suggestions on how to make it fair before everyone is fully boosted.

just base it on whatever the EL's are now?

well, you could just do it and assume most pro+ dots are boosted at this point. Or announce right now that you're going to do it on day -4 since the tourney filled up so quickly so if they want the best seed possible get the dots boosted.

It would be helpful if we could start playing on day 0 or day 1 and half the teams won't already have friendlies scheduled for those days.

Good idea, I think I will go this route and just send out PMs to the owners.
Will send PMs out after I sleep tonight so they will have 2 days to comply if they want the better seed.

About to start working out the seeds now.

If you want a higher possible seed, get your boosts in now. (although I can understand if you want to wait, I want to get this done so teams can start scheduling)

I am going to each team roster page and re-copying ELs to make sure.

I am sure some teams wwll get boosts in after I start the seedings, but I can't help that AND get these done sooner than later.

I just finished getting the new effective levels, so what I have now is what the tourney seeds will be based on. I am gonna go off-GLB so I can work on it in peace.

You can if you want, but I have the games written down by day, so will be looking myself and updating the bracket as games finish.
Plus I have help from SHINKANSEN sending me updates on scores.
