There are 74 CPU teams in the Regional Pro Leagues. If I'm Bort, how do I let this happen? How can the leagues not be condensed?? There are way too many teams and not enough players, it would be so easy to condense a league or two with that many CPU teams.

You give every team a better experience so they don't have to play the CPU teams as well.

It really does seem like this website is starting to get careless.

it actually only took a couple seconds...which is even worse that it took me a couple seconds to realize there are 74 CPU teams in our league.

How does Bort not fix that?

A lot of it is to provide teams in those leagues with the teams that just aren't very good. And it works, somewhat. You see it in the forums every season that CPU players are too strong because they beat someone who thinks he is good.

Yup, I've complained before. A cpu HB rushed for over 6k yards in a season lol

CPU players are one thing but a team run by a CPU is totally different. They shouldn't exist. Way too many players out there and teams can be condensed quite easily.

People don't want to buy teams because of the recruiting hassle. I know of about 10 different great owners that have sold teams in the last couple of seasons. Plus nobody wants to waste money on flex anymore.

I'm thinking about cutting my roster and signing some of these 6,000 Yard CPU HB's yall are talking about..

Sounds legit..

It's what happens when half the teams have power backs.. The CPU is supposed to mimic them,lol..

It happens because of age based leagues causing several people to drop teams in GLB (several, I have no clue, but I did have three players on different teams drop because they owners were tired of all the BS and gave up when half their team would be dropped). How can you promote team ownership by constantly changing the rules. I mean hell, now I can't move my D line man or blitz safeties from certain positions? Why is the solution to restrict movement instead of fixing blocking?

Anyway, now I'm ranting.... but yes.. 74 teams is just dumb... Good thing we put money into this organization.

This is one of the reasons I stopped owning a team. LOL wins against CPU teams = not worth my $.

Waste money on flex. Flex to pay for a game that doesnt work very well.

Agree, I started in season 2, owned a team until season 10 got sick of the changes from season to season and having to re-recruit to keep up with changes and "Promises" to fix important issues only to have them screw up things that didnt need work. I am still playing off of retired flex but not wasting any money anymore as its not worth it. They have to be feeling the crunch of people living off retired flex. In any case, to stay on topic of the thread, They would have more luck cutting out so many cpu teams, raising the roster limit and making teams harder to come by so players have to try and find a team. Would give a new edge to the game imo.
