I am surprised no one else has brought this up. GLB must be getting more mature or something, and we can't have that, that is boring. Isn't it interesting, that a team such as Pittsburgh Predators, who has gone 39-1 and won 2 league championships in the last two season, is in Competitive, and not Elite.

I asked Catch22 why as a matter of fact......when they did the change over to other leagues and it went by total skill points of player value not average....considering we lost more than half of our players and had to rebuild it put us in a lower bracket But!! still the same age. A lot of teams in Elite still kept their current players so their SP total was high. There is your answer no further discussion needed lol

so this is why you still see teams in screwed up leagues

We (the Predators) had a lot of turnover during the switch to age-based leagues. Now that the roster is stable again we should hopefully move on to the elites.

yep again biggest thing was that is how Bort and Catch 22 did the leagues, they based the move on SP total not average and since we lost half our players oh well, not much we can do about that. But we have a good base that I think will stay with the team and we'll move on as we should, besides....all the seasons after this are all record based not SP total based. And besides....not to try and make this sound bad but Clemson Tigers, your players are the same age and same levels for the most part as mine, whether my predators are in elite or competitive matters not, are you feeling you can't compete? because I feel quite a few teams can compete against my team and yours is one of them. But anyways it is what it is let's just have a good season finish it out...whatever happens happens and we'll move on to our new leagues all based on record and age at that point.

So either way, good luck in the season guys let's have a fun one.

Um, it is really not that big of a deal, it is usually that is one of those hot topic buttons that get ppl excited and want to post, but a las, total fail. i will have to go back to the black board.

I will say this, it actually seemed things were evening out a little last season, at least in the leagues I was in, because in a couple of them, there wasn't single team that went undefeated. It seemed more realistic to me.



I will get more post, i'll come up with something.
