I wouldn't have any problem with making it more sophisticated, as long as that didn't keep it from happening. The main thing is that I'm thinking 50% plus of the player population isn't willing to play casual.

This would be a positive to both the recruiting team & the recruit targets who aren't interested in playing casual, saving each a lot of wasted time.

It's not that some people won't sign their players with a casual team because they hate casual teams. It's because their player would be less effective in casual than in a regular league. This is especially true for LBs and safeties.
