didn't read the responses, so might have been said, but this will also increase new players dot building skills and cause less scolding in the forums from vets saying "retire, your equipment is too spread out" if it is suggested at player creation to have all EQ in one skill.

nobody tells people to retire for their basic EQ being misplaced....and his OP doesn't allow changing for AEQ so this is not really correct.

but any addition to make upgrading EQ easier or automatic would be greatly appreciated.

Yea, I've seen plenty of "you need to retire that one" because someone had their SAs all over the place
