I am going to list several changes to the EQ system, take or leave them.
CHANGE #1 Currently you buy each piece individually, and you have to do it for every player. What I am suggesting, is upon creation, you give players an option: Buy a set of EQ of all the same attribute (4 pieces of +1 strength, or 4 pieces of +1 speed so on so forth) or a "No, I'll do my own equipment option". If they select the first, they select one attribute, and then all 4 pieces of EQ are bought and equipped. And possibly automatically set to CHANGE #2.
CHANGE #2 Currently when you upgrade your equipment, you have to do it piece by piece. Like when starting, if you have a lot of players, that becomes a pain, especially if you have an early game and level up overnight. I suggest an automatic upgrade option. For each EQ slot (or piece), add a checkbox. When the player is eligible for an upgrade, it upgrades automatically. This could be just for normal EQ, or you could make it available for Custom and Advanced EQ as well (meaning when you get enough BTs, flex/reward points, or high enough level). Some examples:
A level 7 player has 4 pieces of regular equipment worth 4 attribute points. Overnight, he gains a level, his EQ is upgraded and he now has 8 attribute points.
A player is level 7, and has only his CE checked. He levels up, and loses 300 flex to upgrade his CE, but his normal EQ remains at 4 total attribute points.
A player is level 15, and has a piece of AEQ, and 20 BTs. Overnight he levels, but his AEQ does not, because he does not have the BTs for it. When he has 24 or more BTs, then his AEQ levels.
There are 2 requirements for the checkbox to be available. The equipment must be equipped, and it must have only 1 attribute on it. So if you split the attribute up on normal equipment, or added speed to a +3 vision +1 First Step piece, the checkbox is unavailable. Maybe the equipped requirement is too much, and can be removed, but the second one is critical, since the auto update knows which attribute to autolevel (unless Bort wants to make a whole new autosetup, but that will make this change worthless, since it's to save time, not waste more).
Think about those 2 additions, and let me (and all Admins) know what you think.
