Might be difficult to implement retroactively, but +1

If it causes a problem with owners not willing to sign bad coordinators, maybe they could make the stats so that only you can view them and you can show the owner the stats if you want as like an application. Stats could include stuff like
OC W/L Record Regular Season:
OC W/L Record Playoffs:
OC PPG Regular:
OC PPG Playoffs:
Run/Pass Tendendcy's:<--And give a percentage
and other stuff like that. But im just throwing idea's out there, please feel free to add on or take away from my idea.

i suggested this a couple season ago,
and everyone with a brain agreed with it,
but we never had any action on it.

Maybe this is the time it gets reconized enough to get implemented? *Fingers Crossed*

I like this! It would make it easier to get a job as a GM, and you could also keep track of your progress, see if you are meant for it or not!

I'm going on a limb and am probably going to sound like an ass, but a -1 here. You will limit people to only coaching teams with rosters they like and will do well with. I know several people who coach teams of friends teams' who are in total shambles, with nothing to help them out. 0-16 or 2-14 will not add to their coaching %age, even if it's just to try and help someone out. Or someone who OC/DCs a team, and they don't comply with his tactics, and end up losing games. Back in season 4 or 5 I took the team with the longest losing streak in GLB (60+) and helped them turn things around, but it took a whole season to convince the owner his players sucked, they were way underleveled and he needed to start over. I know not many people help out the needy, but to those that do it will make them seem like a worse coach than they are.
