To much in my opinion. Half of that would´ve been enough, making it effective two seasons. This way you could play the POs without beeing a liability.

keeps you players there longer, but therefore slows you getting there by a season more than likely - its a bit of a trade off but a decent move i think.

This changes everything at the higher level. Of course next season the best dots will be the 480 day old ones who have the most VAs and have gotten the most training in. I love it because it means I get anther season out of my all time favorite player
Kind of messes up plans moving forward, but everyone's recruiting jobs just got a lot easier...

I don't think he was complaining about the change. It's just that we have put in a lot of work planning next seasons roster and now that has changed completely.
