Send in a support ticket. A barrage of tickets is likely the only way they'll change anything. If nobody says anything they'll think PW teams don't care and it won't be worth the work.

Yeah, I am nothing on the crib other than a 'ra-ra go team' kinda guy. I have looked at the O IA and was trying to go in that direction to help out but for the most part just an agent.

Crib is bigger than any one person or agent, so they will be a great team as long as Lynyrd and Bird own them.
