Season 15 Playoff Picture Silver 3


Western Conference outlook for teams still in playoff picture. Two teams in the West will finish with a .500 or better record and miss the playoffs. Something I have yet to see in Pee Wee. ( Probably has happened though I imagine )

1.Son’s of Anarchy (12-0-2)- SOA has been good all season long.
Tough game against MTPT and a should win easily game against Son’s of Ra. SOA will be looking for a repeat appearance in the Championship game.
Final Projected Record: 14-0-2 #1 seed

2. St. Augistine Chargers (12-2) The Chargers have been tough all season long and that trend will continue going into the playoffs. A tough loss to SOA and another loss to LI Knights. Two games they should win to finish the season.
Final Projected Record: 14-2 #2 Seed

3. MTPT- (11-3) Gets a dose of real life in Silver 3 Western Conference when they finish with SOA and the Chargers. The Pet Tigers are in negotiations with Rex Ryan of the NY Jets for a 12 Day contract to run the defense. Early reports are the contract talks aren’t going well and the Pet Tiger go into the playoffs on a 2 game losing streak.
Final Projected Record 11-5 #4 Seed

4. Birmingham Balrogs (10-4) As tough as the Pet Tigers schedule gets the Balrogs get a nice piece of dessert to finish the season. Cake walk games will give them the #3 seed going into the playoffs.
Final Projected Record 12-4 #3 seed

5. Loretto Panthers (9-4-1) Robbeck’s always tough team should clinch the 5 seed with a easy win in Week 15. The game against the Georgia Dawgs will be huge for seeding. Loretto tie came early against SOA.
Final Projected Record (11-4-1) #5 seed

6. Georgia Dawgs (9-5) The Dawgs have two tough games left this season with serious playoff implications on the line. I think they will go 1-1 down the stretch to snag a playoff spot.
Final Projected Record (10-6) #6 Seed

Now is where things really get interesting

7. Seahawks All Time Greats- (8-5-1) The Seahawks have played some interesting dot ball all season long. They are responsible for one of SOA tie games, a close loss to the Chargers. Have also lost a couple of head scratchers for a team that has played the top teams well.
Final Projected Record 9-6-1 #8 Seed

8. Long Island Knights PW (8-6) Long time Silver 3 West Team and frankly IMO one of the scariest teams in Silver 3. Played most of the season on cruise control but has a big win against the Chargers. What does Kyxoan have planned for the final 2 games?

9. Dublin Fighting Irish (8-6) The Irish started really strong in the first half of the season. The second have hasn’t been as kind. Tough two game finish for a spot in the playoffs. Right now on the outside looking in.

10. Central Florida Rockets (8-6) Another team that is a testament to the depth of the Western Conference. They are clicking right now but like the Irish have must win games. Can they get Lord Evil to come up with an offensive game plan to pull the upset over the Chargers?

1. SOA 14-0-2*

*Denotes clinched playoff spot.


These ties and possible outcomes does bring up some interesting scenarios.

1. If MTPT wins out ( highly unlikely) will they have the tie breaker vs SOA for #1 seed?
2. Central Florida beat the Seahawks but Seahawks are projected to have one less loss? Who gets the final spot?
3. What is the GOTW for Week 15 in the west? I think its Georgia Dawgs vs Fighting Irish with a close 2nd to the Chargers and Rockets.
4. Some scary first round matchups Chargers rematch with the Knights anyone?

How do the tie breakers work...when it comes to TIE GAMES?

ive been thinking about that all season long considering ive never had a tie before, let alone 2...i would think the fact that we have never been defeated should account for something, but i saw earlier today that the Chargers game finished before ours and they were ahead of us in the standings. So im assuming its whoever has more wins in this mmorpg

Well yes, 16-0 is better than 14-0-2. But what about 14-1-1 vs 14-0-2. I think the 14-0-2 would be ranked higher IMO.

one of the mods agreed with you Kaerey... (which is how it should be ) its better overall record.
