Sure, although I wish people would read the Q & A questions and not ask ones that were already answered, but I understand not everyone is going to do that.

still wish you could get around 'spam' laws - because i think contacting inactive players with a "What's new in GLB" letter could bring a lot of people back who just got out of the habit of coming here...


If you post the survey link at the front page just like you post polls, then it is not considered Spam. Then if you post on all the league forums top header, the word will get out.

Expounding on the player tactics additions (off the top of my head):

QB progression speed bar (go through progressions quickly or slowly)
OL hold block vs. pancake bar (+hold block/-pancake chance v. -hold block/+pancake)
Defense (maybe just DL/LB?) break block v. get pancaked bar (+break block/-get pancaked v. -break block/+get pancaked)
WR YAC v. catching penalty bar (+YAC/-catch v. -YAC/+catch)

In reference to the surveys...
couldn't there be a box for new users to click to allow emails from GLB?

Perhaps there could be a prompt for current users to chose whether to allow emails as well. That would allow Bort to send emails for the surveys.

That would be awesome. So for a fb we can swap Spin for Quick cut, or swap stiff arm, for sticky hands, or first step for dive 4 yards. That would really make player creation more fun.

The player creation is the best thing this game has going for it, and any additions/upgrades to it would be pretty damn good for the game.

Surveys are already on my list of projects to do - I'll figure something out.

which SA's are defined as "fakes" for a WR?

I'd recommend writing up a suggestion for each and see if others support the idea.

Is there any talks of expanding the amount of pms held in an inbox? I know during recruiting season it fills up pretty fast

Catch -- Did you move to Portland for GLB?

Question that i asked back on page 12 that was missed, hope you don't mind me re-asking. Tautology early on asked about players blocking opposing players in the back giving them greater than normal speed (a speed boost). I had a question of whether there is anything else that occurs to the shoved player or should occur. it would seem to me that getting shoved from behind is going to potentially throw the player off balance. Shouldn't there be some negative effects from it? If not it seems like the players should know better than to reach out and shove someone when it always gives them a speed increase.

Unless this is intended but it seems to me that a player cannot block someone facing away so there could never be a block.
