Yah, and by the way I don't blame you for me getting banned, I blame Darkus for failing to actually read the thread before locking it for a personal attack and banning me. If he would like to claim otherwise he is more than welcome to give me a breakdown of that thread and explain to me how even the least coherent person alive could perceive that thread as a personal attack.

Well this is why he is the Mod, and you are the Player. Regardless of how you feel you where treated, on this forum HE is YOUR authority, and you NEED to respect it. It may not be pretty, it may not be fair... but in the end, justice is served. For you or for him. Lets make love, not war.

"This is why he is a mod?" I'm not sure why or even how the mods get selected. I know all about being a moderator, as I was one on a forum for years. I was selected for being honest and taking particular interest in a forum on a website and I did my best to help others. It's not about being an authority figure. I know I surely never played it out like that. I just kept to what the owner of the site wanted as figured structured rule set. Things like no racism, no harassment, no fighting....etc etc. I don't think anything that has been done has been really out of line.... getting someone banned for a couple days, what good is that? Telling someone they are retarded, really isn't a vicious vindictive attack on anyone.

I wont begin a debate, but they appoint mods so that they can "Run" the forum HENCE Authority figure. If they didnt need more "Authority Figures" on the forum, then strap people with rights all over and we wont call them mods =].

Ok everybody no more name calling (keep that in the other thread) and we dont have to deal with the jerkish mod. Dang-it, its hard not to do that.

iStatic has what we call a narrow minded opinion on the matter obviously. He doesn't understand that moderators are created to ensure that players who abide by the rules are not effected by those who choose not to. It is very clear that I did not even almost break a rule in the previous thread, and even the person I'm accused of "personally attacking" publicly agrees that I did not break any rules. So please tell me how he is doing his job of protecting the rule abiding members of the forum from those who choose not to by LOCKING THREADS WITHOUT READING THEM. Then he proceeds to ban me because I inform him that he was indeed in the wrong when he locked my thread. You go read that thread and tell me honestly that you would have locked it for "Personal Attacks" committed by me, and then explain to me how on my very first offense that me simply ASKING, hardly even implying, whether someone is retarded merits me getting a 2 day forum ban.

Please don't gang up on me because you have a similar title to Darkus, it was clearly a mistake he made and he should be held accountable for it. I don't blame anyone but him for making rash and poor decisions concerning the thread/banning of me.

Again, I am CERTAIN he just didn't read the whole thread and that there is no way he logically considered the post at all or the decisions he made would have been completely different. If this is not the case he is incapable of performing his duties and should be removed as a mod because he is obviously incapable of telling the difference between slight animosity in a trash talking thread and a PERSONAL ATTACK.
