Just wondering if anyone REALLY knows. For example, short D linemen get an agility bonus, but will they actually play better in-game than tall linemen? The height/weight bonus isn't just a starting bonus, but lasts forever with hidden modifiers, right? Because you won't find many 6 foot tall DEs in the NFL, but apparently it works here... unless the height is better long-term.

I'm thinking D line in particular since the lightest, shortest DE gets the most agility, but surely that's not the best route to go, right? Anyone have a clue?

According to David Stern, he's known the ideal height/weight for each position since Alpha or something

depends on the the type of player you want at the position. like, your not gonna make a powerback 180 pounds.

Hmmm.

Jessica Landry tends to bowl people over, too. Also 182 pounds.

I am an owner and I have been trying to play around on my depth chart to be able to get carries for players such as my 3rd RB. everything that I do doesnt make a difference, he doesnt get any carries. Is there any suggestions on how I can get the 3rd RB more involved?

well, i had a 194 pound back that averaged 1.5 tackles broken per carry. it doesnt really factor in but for a powerback, size is just better and more intimidating. you can make a small powerback but size is just a plus.

From watching the dots, it seems to me that weight pretty much does what you think it would do. 280lb DTs bounce around their gap like a pinball while 340lbers hold their ground and slowly push the C backwards. Same with tiny HBs, they change direction faster but hurt less when you try to tackle them. I definitely think you should pick your weight based on how you want your player to perform and not by what minor bonus you may receive upon creation.

Prime example. 6'2, 195 pounds and still one of the best powerbacks ever created in GLB.

Use the custom RB slots.
