Yeah, what the hell's up with all the false starts? Is this some post-season humor by Bort or something? We lost 50 yards to that crap tonight.

lots of penalties in a few gold league games also. must have been something crazy.

GG San Antonio, that was close but the best team have won.
I guess we are still one step behind you and Ohio and we'll have to be better next season.

Good luck for the championship,

Worthy of being the conference championship, I hope

How many OTs does Bort allow in playoffs? I've only ever seen 1 or 2 I think. I hope there's a winner before we run out, hahah...(I would think there's an unlimited number of OTs, but that's an assumption...)

Yes i think its unlimited OTs. I'm already picturing the result : 3-0 after the 6th OT

Either way its going to be the non-boosted vs. the boosted for the title. Good Luck SA.

Good Game Saviors. You did a good job planning. My D has been coasting for too long...I was better at game planning back when we had a 40-man roster of misfits, instead of 55 early rolls...

Although, some of those false starts came at the worst possible time (but the same thing happened to you, we both had 7 of them). That TD pass of yours was tight...I'm not sure I could have done any better to prevent it, other than boosting all our DBs or reading your mind and having that receiver quadruple-teamed, haha.

IMO, you deserved the trophy last year, too.

Sorry ETMR, but I hope SA beats you by more than 14, just so we can feel better about ourselves

Yea GG, I was worried all day on this one. Last year, I beat the Wolverines in the regular season by a decent margin, and when the conference championship came along I thought I had it in the bag, and was already looking ahead at East Texas. It's true what they say about taking it one game at a time. So this game I decided to take my time game-planning, and it payed off. Next game will be tough, going against all those boosters. Hopefully I can win it for all the Non-Boosters out there.

this is exactly the reason that i hardly ever spend too much time gameplanning during the regular season(I OC/DC for the wolverines). that way people dont gameplan as hard against you and even if youre on a worse team(as was the case for the wolverine/saviour matchup) a miracle is possible(extensive gameplanning). didnt matter too much what i did with the wolverines this season in peewee gold, but i wont moan too much here it has been interesting for me as a player on the current saviour team, ive learnt a whole bunch of stuff about peewee play. the gameplans you have come up with work at this level. the last two playoff games have been superb examples of overcoming quality oppositiion. congrats on the planning so far and GG to the two teams weve played(sorry for the delayed reaction). the next game will be a mofo. i have faith that we will be at least competiitve

just realised we played them in a friendly with the wolverines... 3-0. i feel a load of OT in this game. a win in the 7th quarter is the longest game ive seen so far... will this be longer?

Too bad we can't combine efforts to help you take down ETMR, haha. A 110 man roster would surely kick their ass ;-)

Ohio, just so we can do a Top 4 in Silver 5, I've sent you a scrimmage.

and BTW, boosting isn't wrong, it is OK within the rules and to not take advantage of all the things available, IMO, would be leaving opportunities on the table.
Owners like SA have the ability to expertly train ALL of their players and not have to worry about recruiting. We have to recruit new owners each season, many of them new and unsure of the best way to train, so IMO again, it is a push.

San Antonio, I wanted this game last season too. We probably would have lost to you as well, but All American out-classed both of us. We have a very strong league with at least 6 teams that are Gold worthy. It will just take a few seasons for all of us to take advantage of it.

Good Luck San Antonio, Hey it's an All Texas Super Bowl!!! Sweet!
