I definitely am not saying, nor will I'll ever I'm proud of the way I handled the situation, but I did what I felt was best for me and my teammates. Sure, it was a dick move on my part and I feel bad for the players I signed and the mess I left for the new owner, but I guess I can brood on it forever.

That being said, I'm still excited for the upcoming Oceania Pro season. Even if I don't own a team, being here has made me into the other teams. Eh.

They were pussies that couldn't handle it with the big boys, now they want to beat on the low level guys. Got to compensate somehow I guess...

I don't see any problem with moving down in order to be competitive. Isn't that we all want, anyways? Everyone moves up/down to their real level of competition, and that gets us into a legitimate league hierarchy where the pros is the best against the best.

Well to update the Seahawks, eh Rum Runners now. The team changed ownership hands and I've decided to stick around to try and help plug all the holes in the sinking ship. The task looks very daunting right now. We are trying to get some more decent and competitive players. We know we'll be fighting for our lives to avoid relegation. Hopefully, we can pull in enough people to finish at least 14th in our division. If any owners have back-up players that are at least level 12 that would like to move to a new team and stay in Pro ball, we are offering cash for contract trades right now. There's good owners here now who are willing to put forth the effort to try and keep this team in Oceania Pro. I hope we can stay and hope we don't lose every game 150-0 and be labeled as on of those teams that bring down the overall league. We want to try to be competitive.

The new owner is posting quite a bit in the players looking for teams boards. I think you guys will be OK. Probably shouldn't recruit any players that have owners in the Oceania Pro's already though. Having multiple players on different teams in the same league/conference just leads to trouble and speculation. Might try posting in some of the other Pro Leagues though...

I wouldn't worry to much, your owner sounds active and there are 6 teams RIGHT NOW that are sub level 15... most even sub 12 players. 1 of the teams is also pretty much made up entirely of his own players, which hasn't seemed to work out for anyone else yet. I think you guys will do just fine.

We're working on building this team back to competitiveness slowly but hopefully surely.

Like Meat stated, our goal is to NOT be relegated to AAA this season.
