There is probably a more coherent way of listing the teams than by their record in S11. A 4-12 record in WPL is much more impressive than 16-0 in a AAA league.

A lot depends on the sim, and I'll be the first to admit I don't know much about some of the new teams from AAA, but here are some observations:

- PDP is very likely a playoff team, but "huge threes" (huge threat?) is probably pushing it a bit.

- Mekong is hardly the best team in the conference, let alone the league. Playoff team, but I'd consider them a long shot to win the conference. Probably much better in normal circumstances, but plagued with the curse of SI.

- Cambodia will be strong. You can upgrade these guys to "huge" threat

- We competed with the Manila Warlords for recruits so I'm doubtful they will be "half-gutted" when the season begins. Considering they are the only former WPL team in the conference, I think they have a better claim than anybody to the "favorite" title.

- Bangkok Lighting may look gutted as well, but it's still the offseason and the guys on the roster are all signed to s12d40 contracts. The guys who run BL are very well connected GLB agents and if they field a team, it will be very good.

having ties to both AAA leagues, I dont see a team pulling a Mekong this season. there is no AAA team that is any sort of threat, I just dont see it.. I can only speak about winona, But our team is already better than our team last season, hands down

Garuadas and CMM are gunne be tough, top 2

To be fair, I think he just copied/pasted the "standings" and added a comment after each. I don't think it was a predicted order of finish...he'd know better than to put MMJ at the top. I appreciate the props as a "big threat"...but we have a lot of learning to do...and will most likely just be fighting to make the playoffs.

Warlords are 14? 2 AAA teams at 1? I really hope what Thul said was right.

Naga preseason favorites(in no particular order) Garudas, Mekong, CMM, Warlords and maybe the Warriors actually get it together this season EDIT - and the Black Dragons, forgot about them

Garuda preseason favorites(in no particular order) Bangkok Lightning, Sting, Rampage(if hazy is staying) and maybe BKK gets there spark back.

The last time 2 new teams made the Wok was s2 for the Bangkok Bowl. There's been a couple teams to do things since there first season(NACJAC) but for the most part most teams struggle, especially in the playoffs.. If you new teams want to change that your going to really have to bust your asses. And realize that the regular season doesn't really mean shit. It's about what you do in the playoffs that matters.

Our HB was a past MVP.. he is proven.. and We for sure have our shit together. Take a looksie at our roster. we got some great new players and agents, i will be pissed if we arent a top 4 seed

oh yea I know, we pseudo merged with a USA team, they brought over a bunch of players and a DC, which will allow snaza to only worry about the offense..
