yes, if you sign with a team that has the potential of going up against your team, you should be prepared for that. If you don't want to use custom eq, don't buy it in the first place

As the situation sounds to me, I think he has every right to remove his CEQ. LE didn't feel comfortable in the beginning with the situation and told them this and was assured it wouldn't be an issue. Well now it is and he's looking out for his primary concern, his team, who wouldn't. He made you players as a favor, he didn't sell you his soul, get over it.

Anyhow man we have day 43 builds. No custom EQ, very few boosters this season. However we won 8 games and made it to the playoffs. Hmmmm Brilliant Damn I wish I knew who was changing AI
Yeah what the heak we don't need a LB and DE that lead our team in tackles. I should of just shrugged it off to begin with.
The fact of the matter we are an 8 seed playing a #1 every SP counted, even to make it a decent game. IMO he should not of feared leaving the EQ on the 2 Defensive players.

Looks like a version of a player hold out to me. Agree or not, I think if you tell the owner you are taking off the equipment they can choose to play you or not. If an owner does not like a player they can bench them with 0 plays and there is nothing the player can do. The only thing a player can do if unhappy is take off their equipment (next best thing since you can't choose not to play) or ask for release/trade. Like it or not, these are the options for either side. I think owner/OC/DC/player/etc...just need to deal with it and learn from it.

I think the whole thing about the custom Eq is not the fact I took the two pieces of EQ off, its a tactic to keep me from spending time scouting his team by arguing back and forth. Pretty smart move as I have been spending more time arguing with him then scouting him

Your contridicting yourself LE, you can't talk about how you need the 6 "measilly" points off your build on a team playing against you then talk out the other side saying it won't matter, the Shortbus will win anyways. You pulled it off because the +6 IS NOT "measilly" and thats the ONLY reason you did that, you don't want your guy stuffing your HB's at playoff day......

Let me clear up the story with Avenger, his problem has nothing to do with players. He disliked me because someone on our season 9 or 10 team used his avatar for his player. He was livid. I asked the guy to change it but he didnt want to. So I asked if I could make it a different color after I saw Avenger was pissed about a stupid avatar. It was like kids fighting because they had the same power ranger lunch box. So I made the other guys blue. He still wears it to this day I think. All was good as far as I know. Then FSU asked if I could help his team with offense or defense. I declined. I said I would help him find someone. I dide. Then the guy I asked to help FSU asked if I could look over his defense for errors. I did the same thing for two other teams Gamecocks and another, I forget. This took place after the Beatdown lost to Boston when they should of won but they were punting form the opponents 5 yard line. So I got gm access and looked over the defense. Seemed like it had no errors. I didnt remove myself as a gm because I didnt think much of it. Then I see Avenger post in the team forum about I am a spy and I am networked with all the teams in Gold. I got these teams to gold, DUH! Then he has a huge beef with FSU and sent him crazy mad messages (Thought I didnt know huh?) and FSU removes him from the GM and removes posting privledges. Avenger then goes out and pms the DC (My bud from Fever) and harrasses him. I removed myself from the team completely.
