Yeah Darkus, we don't need more networking down here. The top teams will always remain in the top with the coach thing helping more.

Or, only let a single head coach at the first coach level come down here for thier first season coaching. I wouldn't mind that too much, and could be fun to give coaches a place to start thier careers for thier first season.
