Don't mistake what I said as an excuse. You guys won. I'm not making any. Our OC has basically been too busy to do anything with his own Gold team, a wedding, and moving across the Atlantic. I stepped in and have basically tried to figure it all out from scratch in basically a 48 hour window. I've had a bit of help from someone else who is also just learning it. We are still finding glitches/errors/mistakes/etc. despite all of the testing we do. That is the case for everyone I'm sure. Either way, we left a few TD's on the field due to AI, and there is no denying that. We played well enough to win, unfortunately we didn't. Congrats to you guys, but don't think the favorites have changed places. I hope you guys keep improving. We'd love a rematch.

Oh, and can anyone explain this play to me? How in the world is this not a first down on a crucial drive?

.... don't think for a second that all those screens to end the game were on purpose or that we meant our HB to throw the balls 6 times...but that just goes with the territory. Mistakes and big plays were made each way.

I enjoyed the game thoroughly and found myself both yelling and body-leaning to get those dots moving!

Like I said, no excuses. We're learning from it. I did wonder what you guys were throwing it for at the end, but then I figured you may have done something like us -- little to no adjustments to one of the defaults like playing from behind late in the game.

I wish that when you tested the AI that instead of just showing you the play package called that it would show you personnel on the field. That's what we really need to know -- not that QB rush came up 30% of the time. I want to know which QB based on everything else I've set!!!

the SIM rounds up in the play description...so my guess is you gained 3.49 or less.

I went from pissed that we gave up the first down to all smiles in zero seconds flat when i read turnover on downs.

this is the play that just about brought me to my knees. I think i may have even let out a girly-little-gapse when i saw him wide open cause the guy at the desk next to me gave me a strange look.

we're definitely still in the learning phase as well. This is only our second season as peewee owners and last season wasn't so great. I'm just happy (and a little surpirsed) that we can hang with some of the more established and experienced teams right now.

I find the AI test pretty worthless actually. I really wish you could just run your gameplan against so test dots and maybe use a team's tendencies as the defense you test against.

Yeah, the wheel play. Wait 2 or 3 more levels while the stupid Pee Wee dots develop a third attribute. LOL That was a gimme for sure. As for the 4th down play, all I can do is shake my head and laugh. The !@#$ football was almost completely past the imaginary yellow line. haha

I'd settle for just seeing the play with no opposing dots. I'm more concerned that the correct personnel are on the field and that they move in the right directions. Again, let me run those QB rush plays 15-20 times and show me which QB comes up. As it was, I have no way of knowing the wrong guy could be in there until I see him not able to run for a TD when he's all alone and realize it's the wrong guy. !@#$ dots!

Wow I'm glad our teams could spark up such a conversation

We came into this season a little cocky because we figured it would be cake. I'm glad ya'll shoved it down our throat to wake us all back up from that dream.

Looks like you have my coaches all rilled up anyway, lol. I'm sure the mistakes made in this game will never happen again after Juice clicked on GLB last night and noticed (L7-9).
