Some more suggestions:
Darwin- Largest city on Australia's northern coastline, named after Charles Darwin.
Adelaide- Large coastal town(1.1 mil residents)located on Australia's southern coastline, also capital of South Australia state.
Melbourne- Second largest city in Australia, with 3.8 million residents, is the state capital of Victoria, and located on the southern coast.
Wellington- Capital of New Zealand, the largest capital city in Oceania, located on bottom tip of North Island, also nicknamed Windy City.
South Island/Christchurch- The South Island of New Zealand doesn't really have any very large cities, so just naming the team after the whole island would work. The largest city there is the capital Christchurch, which is I'm guessing where the team would be based.
French Polynesia- The most far out island considered part of Oceania. Is located halfway between Austalia and South America, right in the middle of the Pacific. Yes, it is French controlled. Has a large enough population for a team to seem plausible.

I believe that it's the Hollywood Decepticons that used to be the Adelaide Conquistadors, and before that I believe that they were the Melbourne Koalas. Not sure though, I might be totally off.

there is a pretty great story that goes along with the Rawle Tech Titans name, and it doesn't have to do with anyone's last name. But not really my place to tell it. That being said, as there is a Rawle Street in australia, i'm sure that's enough to make us oceanic.

Sweet write up. I personally think it is stupid for a team to have a location name outside of their geographical region. Kind of makes geographical league names useless.
