caveats: This data is based on a data set of 17 points/team (games). Larger data sets are recommended for reliable trend/regression analysis.

Additionally, the different conferences were combined assuming that both conferences had identical overall conference strength.

notes: Elo "K value"=24, starting Elo rating of zero for all teams starting at season's start. "Actual results" - Win=1, Tie=0.5, Loss=0

Additionally, factors such as home field advantage, score margin, and team chemistry changes are ignored.

I gotta say I'm as excited for this rematch as I am for the championship. As far as non-Bandit teams go, NE is certainly the most enchanting and attractive. Even with that said, I can't say that any team really matches the physical grace or overall sassiness of the Bandits.

I hope the Bandits make up their loss, but if they don't, I'll cheer New England on to the finals.

I think we are the only team to hold New England to 6 points of offense.

You are. The next best was Emerald City, which held us to 13 in week 2.

Hahaha, I know. I think this is the 5th straight week that we've been one or both of the games of the week.
