yea but... you have to keep em from scoring. It doesnt matter how long your on the feild, your defense cant stop them, it just stops them better than theirs stops yours... if it leads to a score, it doesnt really matter how long your defense stayed on the field, besides the fact that your defense is now fairly tired.

That is one of the best defensive games I have ever watched.

That was a SICK display of defensive genius...you could say it was the result of underwhelming offenses until you realise the teams involved know how to score points. Nice link.

I was expecting the excuses to follow that post....they always do after a loss of whatever kind. And yes gentlemen, I understand about not applying sp and boosting, non boosting etc, etc, etc in the preseason. Thats why we lost blah blah blah. The east is not much different than the west when it comes to player building. I know the scrimmages are just for fun and to be honest, I didnt scout those games for that reason. Yes we boosted our ST, its what we do.
As for the picking, well I didnt start it. You boys in the west did. You may notice we also played CEP. I was merely defending my conference and I guess myself since Im the Midget DC. When the Midgets do loose, it wont be the fault of the agents, the builds, the other team boosted early to get those early season wins, my computer was broke, etc. It will be because I didnt game plan sufficiently on defense or just flat out got beat by a team with a better game plan. Say what you want about the East Defense which includes the Midget Defense.....5 punts each against the un boosted, sp holding Midget defense. Justify it how ever you want. Still havent proven you could do much with it....other than criticize it in the forum

I totally agree...an excellent game. And pretty much both teams are ran from the same group of guys which makes them even more equal.

Thanks. You guys do too, but of course you know that. Afterall, you're the measuring stick we all TRY to compare against. Unfortunately for us, we keep coming up short.
