I thought the Cougars played well and had a good game plan. I must go and learn to play defense now

I'd study the Western Conference if I were you. There's a lot of 0's on the scoreboard over there.

LOL agreed, but with only one per year, it's a slow learning process. We like our chances this year.

LOL at pre-season/pre-pointdump/pre-equipment game link trying to prove a point.

You guys had all boosted Special Team players for those pre-season games vs level 1 players. Thats laughable.

I mean for gods sake we even attempted to pass more than 5 times that game.

In Lynyrd's defense. Think about this past game we played...there was a total of 150 (non ST) plays....and 36 of which were on my offense......so guys how many plays is left over....150 - 36.....114 plays


Those 114 plays were played by Crib Defense and Mexico City Offense....Just keep that mind

I understand that but I just thought it was funny he picked those 2 games as an example.

I didn't think it may be because that was the only two teams he has played in the West.

...yeah, stop picking on the slowbuilds by talking about how we played in the preseason. Obviously we shouldn't have even put up any points considering we didn't drop 'any' of our skill points until after game 2. And then we only dropped them if we could cap our major attribute.

The DI will make their war on the East in due time.

yea but... you have to keep em from scoring. It doesnt matter how long your on the feild, your defense cant stop them, it just stops them better than theirs stops yours... if it leads to a score, it doesnt really matter how long your defense stayed on the field, besides the fact that your defense is now fairly tired.

That is one of the best defensive games I have ever watched.

LOL at using a pre-season scrim as an example. One team with boosted guys and the other all level 1's holding SP. BTW, those 3 return TD's are the only scores our ST unit has given up this season. Maybe we'll get another shot at the dwarves, maybe not. If we do, I can't promise a different outcome, but I can promise our personnel will be just a bit better on the field. We'll just have to wait and see.
