Sorry, didn't think it was an argument. Just pointing out that 3 seasons in this game isn't that long in RL.

I am fine with being in 14th of 16 honestly as I am just starting to get my "team" together to near full potential (this includes GMs).
Up until the Vincennes game this season, I had been doing 95% of the game planning by myself, recruiting by myself, and all of the other things that encompass making a team successful. When I realized I would not have the time to do all of the planning myself I decided to bring in an OC so I could concentrate more on the defense. Since I had been getting scouting reports regularly from another team member (who was usually spot on) I decided to make him co-DC so now there are 3 of us, along with another that part-time OCs (mostly scouting).
I just have a few more pieces of the puzzle to complete and we will be competitive EVERY year as long as I own the team.
I basically just wanted to see where everyone was perceived to be in the ranking so I know what my immediate goals need to be.
