Warrior General Games

We have ourselves 2 games of the week this week.

***GOTW*** Part 1

Bratislava Lambeau Leapers vs Allied Sack Exchange 34-20. After ASE's game with Constantinople I thought hmm, the Leapers are going to blow out ASE. It's looks like they've revised their ai and are better. The Leapers and Monks have had about similar scores with common opponents. Last game the Monks beat ASE by 10, but I think we can win by 14. Last year the Leapers lost in overtime, this game will be over by mid way through the 3rd quarter. Prove me wrong ASE!

Warsaw Warriors vs Sioux City Blackwolves 184-0. Not much to say about this one other than enjoy the stat padding Warriors. Good luck with your punter, hope he scores some td's.

Istanbul Raging Bulls vs Gdansk Donkey Punchers 38-24. I was thinking about changing my pick to the Donkey Punchers winning, but just couldn't do it. Shady & Cheez make out in the parking lot after the game while celebrating their 3 donkey punches.

St. Petersburg Locksmiths vs Ufa Tycoons 153-7. The Locks surprised me last week and won. This will be an easy one for them.

Krakow Buzzards vs Lake Elsinore Tigers 0-128. This is a yawner. Rumor has it 1/2 the fans never showed up for the game and the other half left at halftime.

TV Sitcom All-Stars vs Vienna Bulldogs 14-78. Vienna collects another win this week to improve to 6-1. Their record is better than their team as they've only played the Warriors so far and lost. Next game they start playing the playoff teams. It will be interesting to see how they do, but a playoff spot is now almost guaranteed for them.

***GOTW Part 2***
Don Cossacks vs Constantinople Charioteers 30-27. This should be a great game. Both have improved and are building confidence this year. I predicted the Cossacks to finish 4th in the conference and this is a must win game for that to happen.

Sedlec Mortared Monks vs Zagreb Brutes 78-20. Sedlec is riding high after their most recent win over ASE. They are pushing for the number one seed in the conference and the Brutes will be no match for the Monks.

These are two good choices for the Game of the week. All 4 teams have only one loss and are good teams. I am having a hard time picking a favorite so I rate both games as toss ups. Our team, the Warriors take a step up in competition this week but we should be able to prevail over our opponent.. We should remain on cruise control through the weekend. The punter has asked for the week off as far as punt returning is concerned. Expect the punter to return to punting duties only and for the regular punt return man to play in the game against Sioux City. The Blackwolves should just look forward to getting a beat down at the hands of the Warsaw Warriors.

By the way, we will Donkey Punch our way to our first VICTORY tomorrow. The Raging Bulls can't contain these Donkey's...

LOL at the Lambeau Leapers comparing themselves in any way to Sedlec. There won't be an unpregnant woman left in Bratislava after ASE rolls through, and that's because after two straight losses, they can't afford to be picky.

This game may go to OT again. But I think the Leapers have the edge here... Leapers win by 10 and avoid OT.

This game should be very close, but the Cossacks have the better defense and that will give them the edge in this one. I'll go with a 1 point victory.

Nothing comes easy for the Locksmiths. However, they did have a nice win here against another level 54. Are they finally figuring this GLB thing out?

that's comment wasn't meant to be a disrespect to the Charioteers. I watched that game and saw some stuff we could be very successful at running. I wasn't trying to imply you guys aren't good and ase barely beat you.

I know man, it's all good. Didn't take at as disrespect, I just meant the type of "respect" a sports team gets on the field. Oh well, we like the underdog status

The Bulldogs still have 1 loss this season but now they are headed for a rough patch in their schedule. If they survive this then they should be in the play-offs. Get ready for next game when the Monks and Charioteers collide. We'll see if the Charioteers are up to the task of knocking off the Monks. Congrats to the Lambeau Leapers for an impressive win over A.S.E.
