their new owner was in more of a hole than many new owners; the guy that used to own the team kept it all CPU, so he basically had to start from scratch

I know it seems hard to believe based on that score but I think the new owner has that team going in the right direction. Hopefully dropping down will help them.

Even if we were playing Free Throw Line Blitz, I'd still be ashamed after giving up 132 points.
Nonetheless, I keep saying that this isn't really our mess (yet). The owner just inherited a lousy team way out of its league 10 or 11 weeks into the season. This is just a couple of scrimmages with some really funny stats, as far as I'm concerned. We really get to start playing next year in a more appropriate division.
It's unfortunate that it blows the curve on the conference stats but there's not much to be done about that.
