Dude, look at the rosters of any team from #1 to #32 in this league and ask yourself - If I was an owner of that team, would I start a Lvl 3 TE? For that matter, would you even want a backup level 3 TE? Better chance if you want to play in this league is catch on with a team and play STs and work your way up. But I doubt you would get too many starting chances for a while around here.
