Yes, it is against the rules, and no it won't take 3 seasons to get a team. I got my 1st team right after I got on the wait list, the same with the team I have now. I was #1200+ on the list after S6 and still got a cap13 team. You just have to have your preferences set right, because I promise you that the majority of people don't.

I got mine in less than a season and I was over 1000 on the wait list so GTFO and wait like the rest of us.

Wow. Considering the amount of douches commenting on my thread, I don't even want to have a team in this PUSSY league. You all can F*ck off. This was not a thread meant to stir up all the b*tches around here, but apparently it did. I'm sorry for asking a general question and looking for a general, calm, helpful response. Thank you for creating a complete waste of my time. *Cue douche-esque response*

I think it's kinda messed up how that works... people that don't have their settings just right for a cap 13 get to work with a massive rebuild. But that just goes to show you need to read the announcements, and I was about 1150 on the wait list but got a cap 13.

douche and pussy don't need to be censored? I find them just as offensive as b*tch and f*ck... but if you want a calm helpful response try going to the Help forum, instead of spamming the league board mid-season with "can i haz your team?"... everyone here with a team waited. It's not gonna kill you to wait 3 weeks for the offseason when new teams will be dealt out.

Yeah, for every person that post/reads a post about answering how to set preferences to get the team you want, there are probably 50 people that don't read them. Like you said, people just have to keep an eye on what's going on.
