Invited you both... and it is drafting for teams to get players that they need and for players to get teams that need them. Any level player can join, the stages are:

Stage 1 - Lvl 1-13
Stage 2 - Lvl 14-21
Stage 3 - Lvl 22-34
Stage 4 - Lvl 35-44
Stage 5 - Lvl 45+
