Actually, if I had to wager (and I suck at gambling) I'd say the probability drops after day 31-32 when we get to level 10. Granted, everyone's boosted then to 13...but then we'll finally see who's got the best builds, and not the best builds at X point in time, unfinished for the season.

I'm pretty confident in our builds come level 10 --> 13

Rules:

1. Seeding will be done randomly via Program. No complaints about who you draw or which side of the bracket is easiest.

2. This will be a 64 team tournament with no boosting restrictions, I don't think a lot of good teams are boosted fully anyway.

3. Must not completely suck, no winning % requirement but if you are 1-7 there isn't a lot of reason for you to be entering.

4. You have 3 days max to get your game scheduled before it is forfeited.

You should be, your players will most likely be 1 level higher than everyone else and have quite a few training points more than the majority of the rest of the Pee Wee teams.

lets get this thing started with what we got man... closer to seasons end the less likely it is going to happen
