This.

Not much has changed on the rankings, true, but not much has changed in the league this week anyway.

And Midgets, yeah obviously they are the REAL #1. But we don't need the rankings to know that.

Personally, I love the debate so keep the rankings going! It makes for some interesting commentary, much like the 'Power Rankings' we see leading up to and during the NFL season, as well as the BCS standings. We can shuffle the teams all over but it is just for fun until the final game of the season determines the true #1.

It's nice to go 16 and 0, but I'm wondering how well the teams that boosted early will fare in playoffs?

I think I'm going boostless for the rest of the season, so having those extra three levels will obviously still give you the edge on my team, but what about the teams that are waiting until day 30+ to boost?

We had most of our team boost, but some still havn't which will help us in the playoffs. Plus, if boosting early dosn't work well this season then I'll try something different next season...(I'll probably be back for another season)

pensacola is completely unboosted, a few might be boosting when we ask come playoff time.

i was on a team that boosted early last season, and believe me, unless you use your skill points correctly, boosting early won't do anything. the 15 SPs won't round off a build to make you suddenly do things.

Those who boosted in the East should/will regret boosting early. All it takes is having a full roster of decently built players and an average gameplan and you're in the playoffs.

Okay, so if we lose then we come back next season and boost late or whatever works.....I mean this is my 1st time as an owner, so I didn't know which was better.

I'll probably be back next season, so whatever I've learned from this season I'll use in the next one...It's all just fun and games.

I'm not saying that you'll suck or that you'll lose because you boosted early. In a lot of leagues, that would've helped to make it to the playoffs; in this one, not so much. I personally wish Bort wouldn't have added so many leagues so that there would've been more competition.

That is true. There's just too many teams now, it's not a bad thing but a lot of owners just didn't care about it and the team went CPU.

I'm sure a lot of people just came in and saw that they could immediately buy a whole team and then ended up not playing the game.
