I've got three players that are holding theirs until it is time to unleash the passing game. It is really tough sitting on 25 skill points. Every day you go train they say, "use me... Yeah... I was just going to gun for a championship and then changed my mind and decided to also try for a few trophies. Right before you play a CPU team it is tough to resist opening the flood gates and trying to get a nice lead on the yards and TD race.

Yup. Of course by the time my kicker and punter get to the playoffs they are going to be vastly underleveled. I think I've punted once all season, so my punter isn't even earning any exp. I might need to throw him in as special teams just to get him some EXP. Either that or start punting.

Gameplanning > Level

It's just the way the game goes. You could have an entire team lvl 5 with a basic gameplan, or you can have an entire team lvl 3 or maybe even 2 and have an amazing gameplan and would have a very legit chance of winning.
