Watching the replay, I can now see it's a double failed vision check. Both the CB and the FS are totally watching Bolt. Ball is already in the air when Bolt slams on the breaks... they both slam on the breaks but Bolt is already back up and burnin down the field. He blows by both of them and the rest is history.

Speed, when evilly and judicially applied, kills.
