I just wrote a little sign and hung it in my window. It says "if you are a police office, I can punch you in the nuts." Having a sign in your window doesn't change the law.

No I'm not. It's easy ...follow me reallllly carefully ok?

You pay flex points. With that is included a Player and a Team forum.

You get access to additional forums for free. As long as you abide by rules that are set up by the owners.

By ignoring and breaking those rules, you have forfitted your access to everything but players and team forums.

/discussion.

Man youve been like a quarter inch from trolling this whole thread. Might wanna watch those rules yourself there.

Seriously, read better. YOU SAID HE COULD DENY FOR ANY REASON. YOU WERE WRONG.

Any reason that isn't against the law. I don't have to talk about the laws, due to the fact most people follow them. Thanks for playing.

Well, when you post as consistently ignorant and knee jerk as you have been doing, why would be expected to assume that you weren't being ignorant when you said.

Since Bort owns this game, and since it is a private enterprise he has the right to ban anyone for anything the chooses.

It is bad enough some users antagonize as many people as possible and see if they can get them to act pissed off and swear in the forums so that they can have the joy of having affected the life of someone else. Don't even.

You break rules, you get punished for them. It's like that with any service or business. The owners control it, their agents enforce their rules, and they can do so much as remove offenders from the system for violating terms of service. If you're upset that someone who broke rules is being punished, I'm sorry for your and their loss.

So he is trolling right? lol.

To answer you, my reasoning has been intelligent AND consistent...however, when you have a certain agenda you tend to be blinded to ACTUAL reasoning other than your own.

Look man, the fact is its not stated anywhere in the forum rules and one of the MODS in here thought that a suspended account COULD post in other users private forums. So its hardly as clear cut as some are making it out to be. There is no easy /discussion here besides from the mouth of an admin.

Just because the popular bar threw someone out doesn't make it illegal for the smaller bar down the street to serve them. If it was, the popular bar could just throw out anybody that came into their bar that went to the smaller one in order to run them out of business.

It's more like...if a popular bar throws someone out, that person cannot go hang out at a table in the popular bar.

Wrong analogy. This would be equivilent of saying "Well I won't say in the bar I'll goto my friends private VIP section" to which the bar would say "Get the Fuck outta here"

I wouldn't mind a more comprehensive rulebook to prevent arguments like these. Rule sets and terms of service usually have "wastebasket" rules to provide for things like this, it seems.

I don't really know anything about private forums.

Im actually a very moderate person and pride myself in being able to view issues from all sides. I actually have never even spoken to mal before today, nor have i ever posted 'free mal'. I found your reasoning to be inconsistent because you felt that you needed a team forum to exchange data with a team but the coordinator thing could be done by PM. I found your posts trolling because i found you use of 'tbh' and /discussion to be rather insulting. In general i find 'tbh' and 'tbqh' very insulting in the way they are generally used. I never commented on the intelligence of your posts because i did not find a strong lack.

We are back to this again. It is not Bort and DDs purpose to punish their customers. It is their purpose to serve their customers. If the forum ban were done with the mindset of serving the good and rule abiding customers by getting the trouble makers out of public view, then they have done a good thing. They can further serve their private forum customers by allowing them to invite who they wish and police their own private forums.

If the forum ban is a punishment, then Bort and DD need to sack up and deny service. Right now they are essentially keeping the bad customers around to keep their cash flowing in while denying them only part of the service. I don't know about DD, but Bort seems to be pretty smart and business savvy. It would be good business to be in the customer service industry and not the customer punishment industry.
