It actually tops out at 5% at level 71, because back when I wrote it I only had training info up to about that level, I've never gotten to adding more training. You can do it yourself by editing the "trnamts.xml" file and adding rows for higher levels:

i.e. if I wanted to set training amounts for an attribute at 72 I would add this to the file inside the <train> node:

<LEVEL><ATTR>72</ATTR><PCT>04</PCT></LEVEL>

I would suggest using notepad to edit the file.

I'm about to do another release to fix a few bugs and I'll run the attrs on up as high as I can on that release.

You can run this on macs. You need to do three things.

1. download and install X11 (graphic server)
http://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/apple/macosx_updates/x11formacosx.html

2 download and install mono (.net framework)
http://www.go-mono.com/mono-downloads/download.html

3. Open a terminal and change directory to the directory with the builder then type (guess: cd /Users/[you]/Builder029) then type
mono builder.exe

Hey Steel, mind if I add this to the wiki?

lol, don't bother man. Any douche bag that doesn't get how much frustration this thing saves players doesn't matter anyway. This thing should be linked before the first player is ever created.

Goes all the way down to 2% until exactly 100, then drops to 0% forever

I'm pretty sure this is in the readme but yes, you need .net 2.0 (I believe). Just download it from Microsoft's site.
