this would be a great idea for team building to ensure that everyone within the team is on the same page with what yas want from the team

So - I would propose that the Team Owner can set a time for the game to be viewed - any time within 24 hours of the actual game. The game would not be available to the team to watch until the game owner made it available. After 24 hours - it is available to all.


There would be a couple of options for the Team Owner:

- He could set it up as a private viewing - so only his team members had access to the chat room during game time.
- He could arrange it with the other team - so that only their 2 teams could access the chat room - this way there could be 'cheering' for both teams and smack talking.
- It could be a public viewing - meaning anyone is allowed into the chat room.


I believe this game has lost a lot of it's 'team building' sense these past few season. Any MMO is built around the people who play it - so anything that encourages team spirit; atta-boys; a sense of team; etc can do nothing but make people more committed to this game.

In addition - people who just log in to check their own stats; or only watch the plays in a game that they were involved in - really aren't great for this game in the long run. You need people hooked. You need people excited to watch the game with their buddies and see how it went - to cheer for your teammates when they make a play - and have them cheer for you when you make one...I think this could be a great tool for team building.



Yes - I know that I could tell my teammates "don't start watching the game until 7pm central time....and watch it on a speed of 7.5 and pause it after every possession so that you can check the forums and make a comment or at least read the comments" - that won't work.

I like the idea. The only other football MMORPG I play called Pigskin Empire (A coaching-only game, not a player-creation game) has a public chat room when you are watching games, and it is pretty fun. If it can work there, it can work here

I think this is a terrible idea for the game...I would bet that most of the people who log on and play do not watch the replays and would be extremely annoyed if they had to wait 24 hours to learn if the team has won and how well his player has done. If this were implemented, you would loose all of those more casual players.

The replay could be made immediately available and the sports bar could be available the next day for coaches and players to view and kick it and discuss the game.

hell..the initial replay 5 minutes after the game sims could just have a chat feature at the bottom and everybody can log into the same replay immediately after the game sims...it's very simple....

I wish I had called this "Film Room" instead of "Sports Bar".

And I wish I'd never mentioned the 'hold game for 24 hours' - as that seems to turn a lot of people off.


Game should be available exactly as it is now - and you should be able to enter it without knowing final score, etc.

I agree, you can edit your suggestion and possibly get a mod with the powers to change your title couldn't you???

I love the idea and the only thing they would have to add is a chat room option with a replay screen at the very top
