I figured since we have an NFL talk thread, we better give respect to the boy who are playing in the college ranks, (I'm more of a college football fan too )
i love the tigers of auburn but i feel lsu is the better team i think it will be low scoring like a 17 to 10 game .
alabama better watch out because petrino is really going to try and win this one because of alabama being in the top ten , alabama better not get that big head.
and everyone better pay attention to troy ohio state im serious ohio state will not cover the spread against the trojans watch and see.
I agree that it will be a low scoring game and I also believe that petrino is gonna go all out. However, Arkansas is weak for an SEC team and Bama looked strong lately. I hope they go out and handle business like they should. Also I think that troy has a great shot at keeping it closer to osu than many believe.
But, I also think that Saban might have thing or two planned for LSU when the time comes...
No, Perriloux went to LSU because he wasn't gonna play at Texas. That's where he originally committed to then backed out. Look at all the key players from their nat'l title team last year and you'll notice that most all of them were Saban's recruits. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy about that. That just shows that if he can get those kind of recruits at LSU he should be able to have a dynasty at Bama.
Sabban was good at recruiting, but he did not have a competing in state school to contend with. Alabama / Auburn. Louisiana and Alabama are not big states with huge talent pools.
I like Sabban, but you can not trust his word. That is the part that gets me. If you want to leave, then fine, but do not say you are here for 5 years and leave the next.
Perriloux was nothing more than a thug. Funny thing that he did not want to play in Texas because of playing time and never really got any snaps at LSU (except for the SEC Championship).
