Well i am the new owner of the 1-15 Green Bay WOODUHS. I inherited the team with -$750,000 budget, and all my star players going free agent.

You should contact support to have them give you some money.

You will be granted new funds soon. All new owners that get teams like this get a special funding - contact support just in case though

I left the Bearcats with a big stadium and 2 million, does that get reset?

Doesn't get reset. The new owner will inherit whatever you leave him. If the team was financially gutted like Green Bay, then the admins would step in and help out the new guy.

yeah when you're in good shape the team gets to keep it, Kid 05 inherited a pretty good situation from the old U Canes

He'll have to recruit, that is what most of us had to do. A lot of the players on the Bearcats I know IRL or from other sites so they wanted to explore their options when I stepped down as owner.

Yes, we had to recruit when everyone had no players, and all the players available were the same level and there were only a few hundred teams in the game for the to choose from.

Not exactly the same situation as having zero players in a league with an average level of 28 and having to compete with thousands of other teams for the signing of about half as many players as it would take to fill a starting lineup, with the likelihood of signing any of them at about zero for the next 2 seasons due to the fact that they will have absolutely nothing to recruit with other then "Umm, you'll get playing time"

I don't know how they'll manage to recruit any offensive players. Its not exactly an easy sell when you can only offer guys about 25 plays a game max...
