The Crusdaers have every player ending their contract on day 40 of season 4. By tomorrow there won't be a single human player on the team.

Well at least we only have 1 more season with them..then down to Canada BBB leagues for them.

They're only considering a BBB league this season...and I've gotta be honest...I really hope they don't. Not yet. I think the 256 teams will be plenty. That's over 10K players taken out of free agency right there. I understand most of those players going there are too low of a level to help any of us right now, but a L13 who is waiting for the offseason to boost x3 could be useful for depth now and upon boosting next season would be quite useful. In all fairness...The Crusaders might as well have been gutted anyway. At least this way, they MIGHT win A game next season.

It would be a big mistake if they only added 256 teams. There's way too many lower level players and most of those level 13s will still join the capped teams leaving the level 8-10s for your "depth." That would be quite a nightmare in itself. Adding teams has absolutely nothing to do with the gutted teams. There are other things that they can do to help that situation, but they haven't implemented any of them yet.

On the bright side, at least the new owner will have cash to work with, and the stadium has both endzones in place.

If the poor bugger who ends up with it wasn't going to miss the start of the offseason frenzy I'd be jealous of that sort of starting situation.

Hell he could just build all 4 corners straight away then recruit through the season.
