The Bus who ran over Normandy for two TDs and led the Corba's to the title!

Woop woop! Great win by the Corba's today. Couple of late game defensive plays saved it for us.

All I can say is I am stunned. We had a misguided offensive game plan. I counted 5 times where we had 3rd and 3-8 yards and we ran the ball up the middle and ended up a yard short and then punted. The last one was with 2:24 left and we were down by 6, 4th and 2.5 yards from the 24 yard line and he kicked the field goal. The AI should have been set to go for it, but it wasn't.

Oh well, great game Corbas! You made the big plays when you had to. I look forward to getting our revenge in the preseason in AA.....if not sooner!

P.S. The Bus averaged less than 3 yards a carry and only ended up with 76 yards. Jimmy Kab was the one who won that game for you.

Way to go Alpha.

In other news the Vols dismantled Rome 24-7.

Zero running game for Rome.

Going to miss this league, some great characters. Wish Polk High and Tilberg luck next season. Rome, your a class act even with a t-sip GM = ) and preseason favorites.
