You are asking us to tell you what you enjoy. Sorry I can't be more help.
Obviously people enjoy DE's and people enjoy CB's. So I went off the fact that you would enjoy the both evenly, since if you enjoyed one more, you wouldn't be asking us.
If you enjoy both evenly, then the one with the better build will be more fun.

everything you said there makes sense. Except i dont have a build to go off of.

Nobody does really...just go off of what you feel is accurate. Think about the position and think about what they should/could do.
Your DE might turn out fantastic, and your CB might turn out horrible, meaning that you would enjoy the DE more.
The opposite could be said, and you would enjoy the CB more.
You will enjoy whichever one you build better, pick one that you think you can build well and go with that. There's quite a bit of leeway, and there's no "perfect" build yet, so whatever you feel is right.
At the moment, good CBs are one of the rarer positions out there ... but a couple of seasons ago it was DL, so by the time your player gets any good it might be something else.
I like both... although a good CB is very helpful with a team.
On of my CB's got a late Int that gave us possession which resulted in a TD soon after... very satisfying considering we won the championship game by 1 Pt and are now into the Pro-league.
A good CB will not have many stats except for INT's. It is kinda boring being a great CB. The better you are the less you are noticed, because no one throws at the WR you are covering.

Pffft, they don't have to throw at your man to get the INT:
If you like having people climb over each other to cup your balls and tell you how wonderful you are, build a CB. Even the goofy looking ones get tons of offers and a gang of "I want to have your babies!" PMs.
