Bort said it would be an average level cap around 20. I haven't ready anything differently since he said that.

if it is so you better hope we win today which we will because we have a bunch of lvl 25's joining us if we move up

Just as an FYI to all, it's most likely going to be a cap of 20. If you read Bort's latest announcement about new teams, he makes it clear that capped leagues are on a 13 to 16 to 20 escalating cap.

if any of you guys want to join the stackers i need some higher lvl guys

any news on cap level?? i'd like to know so i can figure a recruiting limit
