Figured I would start one for Zeta Conference Picking an all Pro Team I figured we would let the owner(rep) make nominations and then let the owners(rep) vote. One vote for team and while you can nominate guys from your own team you can't vote for them(will keep teams from voting for only their own players). I'll track it and publish a list for the conference. Below is a list of positions and I'll submit my own nominations for Warsaw in a reply. Please dont nominate your entire team just those who have stood out and have a shot at making it.

QB(3)
HB(3)
FB(2)
WR(5)
TE(3)
LT(2)
G(4)
C(2)
RT(2)
NT(2)
DT(2)
DE(4)
OLB(4)
MLB/ILB(3)
CB(5)
SS(2)
FS(2)
PK(1)
P(1)

Nomination Deadline will be Day 36 that should give all owners/reps time to nominate and players a chance to plead their case. Then I'll tally all votes by day 38 and publish a list by day 40 - give people some fun things to debate for the off-season.
