I have purchased flex points in order to create a team but I'm having a problem.
1) I went to spend flex points
2) Selected buy team
I don't see any teams(I checked every league). Do I have to wait till a team becomes available, or is there something that I'm missing or not doing.
Thanks in advance for any help.

There are no teams currently available now, so you can't buy a team. Just keep checking periodically and they could show up if an owner sells his team or goes bankrupt.

Update:
Edited the trading question to give an idea of how much money would be needed for cash trades.
Also added more details on how the special teams placement works.

nice faq.
Here's one: How can I see how long my team ownership lasts and how do I extend it?

To see how much longer your ownership lasts, you go to "Sale Options" (don't sell your team) and it'll tell you how many days you have left. They haven't implemented the extensions yet (at least not that I've heard), but theoretically what's supposed to happen is that they'll notify you when you have a week or so left on your ownership and you'll then be allowed to extent it if you so choose. We'll find more about that at the end of this season when the owners who bought their teams last season have to deal with this.

hey scarlet, is min 30%/ return 45% a good substitution setting?
Im trying to get the max amount of plays for my starters since all my backups are mainly CPU.

Um, that seems awfully low. You want to strike a balance between getting the max out of your starters without screwing their energy too much because if they develop an energy deficit (you can only gain a max of 30 energy in between games) it could spell trouble as you get late in the season. See what happens to people's energy after the first game and adjust accordingly. I'm not sure anyone has the perfect substitution settings yet (I sure don't, haha).

May seem like a dumb question but how does one go about owning a team versus creating a player ?? I can't seem to find anything once I join.

To buy a team go to the "Spend Flex Points" Section. A team costs 1000 flex points for 2 seasons.

Can I get someone to post a screenshot or 3 of the owners' tactics screen so that us player-only types can understand what choices are actually available for gameplan please?
Many thanks. A picture is worth a 1000...

Question about forming KOS and KRS teams.
Ok I have my 10 players from my KOS in the order that was given in this thread.
DE, DT, LB, LB, LB, LB, SS, FS, CB, CB.
Do I need to put my Punter or Kicker on my Depth Chart? Or will the CPU put my Punter and Kicker in by itself? If I do what # should they go in as? The 11th PLayer n the Depth Chart?
In the KRS do I need to put my Returner in, or will the CPU goto the KR and PR section and insert them in automatically? Also I should put my Center at the #1 spot on the depth chart right?
My game is in 2 hours so a quick responce would be much appreciated! Thank You!
EDIT: I am lost about these positions. If someone can just do a basic rundown on how a KOS and KRS should look like I would appreciate it.
Example: KOS = DE, DT, LB, LB, LB, LB, SS, FS, CB, CB

You don't have to put the punter or kicker in. That's done automatically by the CPU. Same deal with the KR/PR, the CPU does it. You can choose where to put your C. I would put him in slot 4, but that's just my opinion. Good luck with your game.
The concept for the KOS is that you want your heavier tacklers in the middle to take on the O-line people that they bring. And you'll want faster guys on the sides to close down the angles.
For KRS, the concept is to create blocking lanes. It's good to have bruisers in the middle, in the hopes that you'll create a wedge in the middle of the field with gaps that the PR/KR can get through.
