This regards west only. LA Reign and New Brunswick Sentinels are both unbeaten and look to be favorites to join A#1. Lafayette Renegades are a gutted AA#1 team that is certain to fall into our cellar.

Reign are a fairly tough team, the only team they've lost to over the last two years is us, and they added a few new higher level starters. I wouldn't be surprised if they worked their way into the playoffs next year (assuming they don't pull a season-2 Spartans ). The key will be how their passing game holds up against the better teams, that really hurt them against us. Adding Taylor helped, but it will be harder against USA A secondaries.

2 gutted teams depart, one gutted team enters.
Other teams look interesting.

The East isn't really any better, the gutting of the Hope really hurt the depth. I think there are only 3 teams in that conference that are a 45 overall.

As for the west, we never really had a whole lot of close games there. Florida was one of the few teams that gave us a scare, and they were gutted. Little Haiti and Rhine have talent but can't seem to get over the top. I'd be pretty surprised if LA lost.

Yeah never understood OTR's failures...

Yeah Hope were a solid top #6 side. I can't believe Nighthawks havent walked it in East, playoffs will be very interesting!

I think the best 4 sides of the 2 leagues were definatley promoted correctly.

Pretty handily at that to Little Haiti. South Otto in a squeeker over OTR in the other game. Haiti has always had some pretty nice talent but has struggled to beat the good teams in the past. In the east it came down to Bristol and New York. It'll be interesting if New York wins, because if I recall correctly their owner said he was quitting after this season a while back. Even if he transferred ownership he has 33 players on the squad.

IMO I think its going to be NY and South Otto moving up

I would definitely take New York, the other one I'm not as sure. South Otto has been pretty solid, but they only beat the Voodoo by 8 earlier in the year, and Haiti out-gaining LA by 200 yards in the win is pretty impressive. I can see that one going either way.

None of those teams look all that good and should struggle.

Lafayette. . . . . wow. We'll give our Practice Squad guys some PT in that one.

Hard to say, neither of those teams in the West came within two touchdowns of us last year, but they've played better this year. If Little Haiti dropped a couple of their lower end backups they'd probably look exactly the same as us on paper, though the performance hasn't always been there (probably because of an inconsistent running game). They'll probably fit somewhere in that group with Austin/Round Rock/NC State fighting for the last playoff spot or two next year (edit- By they I mean the winner. Haiti looks tougher on paper but South Otto keeps winning).

not even here yet, why the need to dawg them? I am sure with the right motivation they could get some players in and compete enough to avoid falling
