The Great Dragons of Dresden (not my creation but I like it) have come to the realization that we will stay in Western Europe A #5 indefinitely. We're hoping to give the Popes some competition when it comes to building a stadium but their late season winning streak is hurting our chances.

I think the best team in alpha is without a question Dresden. When it takes a +4 turnover ratio to beat a team, then the better team did not win that day. I fully expect the Great Dragons of Dresden to move on to AA next season while the Admirals plug away here in WEA#5.
