The top two seeds seem to be set, but there's plenty of jockeying for position below Marcy and Nessie.

Big game today between Death Valley and Manchester that'll go a long way toward determining 3rd, 4th and 5th seeds. There's a real chance that, from this one game, Death Valley could fall from 3rd all the way to 5th and lose that home playoff game.

Another big game between Whitechapel (yay!) and Wichita (boo!) for the 8th and final playoff seed. Whitechapel could finish anywhere from 6th to 9th, Wichita could finish as high as 7th or could drop completely out of sight.

The reality of this is not lost on us, believe me. We've already discussed it in our forums. This is as big a game as we've had all season. I hope we can find a way to pull out the win against a tough Manchester team.

Thanks, you guys played a great game, too. You grabbed 4 turnovers, including forcing 3 fumbles and recovering them all! I can't remember if we've ever had 3 fumbles, much less lost all of them. Craziness.

And congrats to Death Valley on their win. Things are shaking out this week.

Manchester's lost two in a row, and they've still got Loch Ness ahead. Leavenworth's got a real good shot at hosting in the first round.

Actually I would say Marcy has more of a lock than anyone. I think they have pretty much gimme's the last games. Loch Ness still has Manchester to draw. If we win, we should have the 1 seed with a tiebreaker over Marcy, if we lose we would slide to 3rd as Marcy would be a 1 loss and Death Valley would hold the tiebreaker over us. This is assuming everyone wins out at the top.

Oops wrong league. There is a Slasher team in another conference that I was keeping an eye on that is a slowbuilding team. LOL my bad...

Wicklow's a long shot but I always liked the underdogs

We have to basically win out and hope someone stumbles above us.

Seriously, though, Marcy's got games against two playoff teams (and we're one of 'em! yay!) with one gimme. Sure, they should win them all, but they're not guaranteed. You definitely have the toughest single matchup against Manchester, though.
